I was on the phone for hours today with T-mobile, RIM, and my corporate IT, and at the end of this I was told by RIM that this is a known bug in 4.0. They also suggested to downgrade, or wait for the next version. #@&$*(&@

My big question is, of course, how do I downgrade?
