I notice from the sticky on what to do when purchasing a BB that you need to wipe the unit, and it directs that you look at kb-12318 for instructions on how to do that. Does anyone know how I can access kb-12318?
i'd like to see what's involved in that before I take the plunge and replace my 8700 with a cracked screen for a used unit. Thanks
