Define further- you want to send voice memos? Or just keep them on your handset ("Note to self...")?

You can certainly send MMS messages. There's a "Send Voice Note" option on my 8100. But I don't think there's a (default/preinstalled) voice memo option. The "Send Voice Note" feature only lets you record a note then either send or discard it. I suppose you could send it to yourself, but that would be silly.
