1. Yes, but I want to get rid of it, and just have stuff in the options menu.
2. No, not yet, but that'll be in a future version. The only way to disable it is to delete it (or maybe, in application permissions, not let it do things)
3. It automatically activates the keyguard when the backlight turns off, so it uses that timeout.
