beats: i do tech support for many BB's. Bad news: if your BB said JVM 365 then the hardware has failed and device is dead, no way around it.....though if it said Device error instead of JVM....that may be different
I suggest calling your service provider in the morning....if your service provider is Cingular I know we (cingular) have a database that i know the error is in.....probably may have to send you to RIM directly for their Java Loader.
