I concurr, we have 800 BB User's and we put a dedicated SQL Server and never had any issues with the load it has.

If you are using BES 4.1, upgrade to ND 7.02FP1, works awesome and does not take up as much memory--This is for Domino-NBES.exe

Silver_2000: Do you mean SP2 HF3?
