In our case, I only have ESM installed on the Blackberry server (v4.0.5) and not a full installation of Exchange 2003. Once the Exchange 2003 server is patched, the cdo.dll version will probably change. If it does change, I will copy the cdo.dll from the Exchange 2003 server to the Blackberry server and register it.
