I just changed my Blackberry under warranty and I've submitted a request to change my activation codes because their web page where you can change them is broken. Hopefully, I'll get a response sometime soon. If I don't then when I receive my Amex bill, I will dispute the charge with Amex and let Magmic take the hit. No response is just plain unacceptable in my book.
