It's too bad really. Such a great product and yet a complete lack of attention paid to the customer service side. You can get better service from a fly-by-night J2ME software dealer than these guys... maybe they'll figure it out. And I don't mind paying for software at all. I try to support developers. In the meantime, though, with respect to Magmic, I'll keep my wallet shut.
