Thanks for posting this. I knew the phone was capable of doing it, but havent got around to figuring out how to do it in the month I have had it. Its done now and working perfectly. This is a great backup connection for me.

One issue I do have, that may or may not be related to the phone. Everything works fine, I can SSH, browse the web etc etc using my PC with this phone as the modem, the one thing I cannot do is VPN into work using this connection - which is my primary need for it. I have a email into our guy in charge of our VPN here, but I dont know if he will be able to help. I suspect it is a security setting on our network that might be preventing a wireless VPN connection, but I am not sure.

Is there anything on the phone that might prevent VPN connections? Same PC can VPN just fine on a landline, but not over my blackberry connection.

I am seeing about 180k speeds, everything else works great. Any ideas?
