I dunno why you are facing such problems, because there are many people who have used it, liked it and made purchases.
Please consult the user manual for detailed explanation on using playlists. I would suggest you download and install the latest version from
http://dollars5.com/OTA/multiPlay.jad, Also please delete the sample playlist, create a new one afresh, add songs to the new playlist, save it and try playing it. Should you have any further problems, please feel free to report here or get back to us, we are always here to help you.
