How about an IP/subnet calculator? As a techie, this is one app I've had in one form or another since my first PDA - a Palm Pilot Pro, back in 1997.

There's only one app out there called 3netcalc, but it's incompatible with the Blackberry. Apparently it's a version 2.0 midlet, and the BB only handles 1.0 (or lower) midlets.
