All of our IT policy errors are going away, except from clients not yet upgraded to the 4.0 OS software.

Anway, here is a new one.

BackupConnector is generating errors now, as well as Blackberry Dispatcher and Router services. The backup connector error is event ID 20025 and reads...

"{Last, First. 16} Failed to update {backup} record in database. Target = Phone Hotlist, UID - 15555555555, CmdID = -3483, status = 320"

The dispatcher error is event id 20590 and reads...

"{Last, First} BBR Authentication Failed! Error = 3"

Any thoughts?
