I think what was confusing me was..... vodafone call their service BIS but if I send email to the mobileemail address I guess it's acting more like BES and pushing out rather than polling.

That's what I wanted to make sure of, that if I sign up with vodafone, get their blackberry internet email service I'll get an email address I can email to and have it pushed immediately rather than a 10min poll.
