I've been getting mail fine on my Verizon. I don't think an SRP issue would be causing the problems my users are having, as they can't even geta data connection to Cingular. If it was the Blackberry system, they would get a GPRS or EDGE connection still, just no e-mail etc, right?

BTW If there are SRP issues that are causing outages, whatever happened to the High Availability Infrastructure? This is weird, I don't seem to have an issues, and when I run a BBSRPtest it comes back fine on the NA SRP.
