One of the suggestions I can say is to try installing the Rogers 4.0.0.219 instead of the T-Mobile 4.0.0.198 BlackBerryOS. I have heard of many reports that changing to a different version of BlackBerryOS 4 can fix the problem on select models of 7100 and 7290.
