I ordered the 7100 from them, and just called to reconfirm that I can keep my old number. I'm switching from nextel, so I should be okay, correct? And I have to say that in my experience with venicoms customer service, they are terrible. They are in a rush and can't seem to be bothered to answer simple questions. Just a mad dash to collect info from you. But, when I ordered, they did waive the $35 activation fee, so that's cool. I don't like how the website says $19.99 for 2 day shipping, when in reality it is 5 day and the $10 upgrade makes it 2 day instead of overnight. Kind of misleading, but as long as I get the phone and can keep my number I'll be happy.
