I have a slight problem
When typing an email, text, etc.. some of my keys type the wrong characters

for example when i press the "a" button "jk" appears on the screen
When i type the "j" button "jk appear"
Same with "k" "jk" appears
When I press "z" nm appears
I have reset my 8700c and also checked the auto texts any suggestions
