Don't assume anything is private on a company BES-connected Blackberry -- regardless of how the data or email is delivered to the device. For example, PIN's do not travel via BES/MDS at all yet BES admins can pull PIN messages (see E-Commerce News: Legal: Is Your Boss Monitoring Your BlackBerry?).

If it's private keep it off the company BB.
