An addition to my initial post:

Installed handheld system software:

v2.6.0.43 for the RIM 950 and RIM 957
v3.7.1.36 (Platform 1.4.0.37) for the BlackBerry 7750
v.4.0.0.198 (Platform 1.8.0.121) for the BlackBerry 7100 Series
Offline
