Here the deal on the icon situation - the expert theme builders here (eck hem -slr and sil, to name ONLY two, who have been tremendous and helpful resources, at least to me) are TRULY a talent that can't be beat - they make/create their icons. Hacks like me have to resort to sourcing free icons via google, converting ico files to png files when necessary (there's a free program for that and it ROCKS! - Aveicon, I think you can find that as a free download at slr's site) as for the free icons you can try here first
VistaIcons.com - Free Vista Style Icons , Vista Wallpapers, Free Icon Sets and Windows Vista Desktop Icons I have others and if there are specific icons you're looking for let me know if I have them I'll email them to you.
