Hi

I have just received 507 messages on a users BB7230.

I have followed other threads regarding reloading the OS, and wiping the handheld using JL-cmder, removing the vendor.xml and reloading the OS but each time the loading fails with the following message:

The following modules are not permitted to be loaded by your administrator:

net_rim_platform_resource__en_US.cod
net_rim_platform_im_resource__en_US.cod
net_rim_app_manager.cod
net_rim_app_manager_console.cod
net_rim_cldc.cod
net_rim_font_system.cod
net_rim_platform_resource.cod
net_rim_platform_resource__en.cod
net_rim_platform_im_resource.cod

We have IT Policies and Software Configuration which locks users down (stops third parties downloads and the disposition was set to disallowed).

I have run out of ideas. Can anyone help??
