Update:

Finally got the verification code. Yahoo dumped it in my spam folder so it had been there for a while. When I put the verification code in my phone it didn't work for some odd reason. Support at Dollars5 was excellent (thanks again Steve). They responded very quickly and would not give up until they found a solution. They were patient and dilligent. Got the app running and it is pretty sweet.
