I've experienced many of the issues others on this forum have when I downloaded Avango software onto my Blackberry - error messages, hanging, not able to scroll down the page etc. etc. Yesterday I downloaded the Blackberry software upgrade v4.1.0.309 for my handheld and everything works great!
