We had two of our users go to and buy 7100g's from Cingular last week. Both of them came back with "factory sealed" boxes, but both 7100gs had scratches on the blue finishing and both battery doors were loose. Wonder if Cingular is sending out refurb'ed 7100gs?
I haven't see a loose battery door on any of our 7100ts, though. We have 9 of those.
No user complaints about sound quality from any of our 7100t or 7100g folks. One complimented his 7100t for NOT picking up every background sound. He does a lot of calls from the airport and he liked that the 7100t wouldn't pick up the beep-beep-beep of the tram that runs people up and down the concourse. <shrug> :D
