SiJ200's solution is your best bet. Most companies won't allow POP access to Exchange.

Can you not have your existing number ported to a new business account with a BES data plan? That would really be the best overall solution.

IIRC you should be able to create server-side rules in Outlook (on Exchange) that run even when your local copy of Outlook is closed or your PC is shut down. Still, you really want to redirect email rather than forward it.
