retro, open your Message folder, click Menu, click View Folder, Click BROWSER MESSAGES (or even WAP PUSH MESSAGES). See what you in there, somewhere along the line you either subscribed to some push messages (like weather) or have been in your browser when you lost the signal and told the browser to notify you of the page when it became available.

Clear those folders and your world (globe) should be clear.
