where did you get this blackberry. i have a feeling that you were not the first one to use it. if you bought it from someone and they used it just one put there sim card in it and it registered and its going to be a problem. I had a used bb one time and i couldnt get anything working the person i got it from had to call and get the pin released it was a huge pain
