Ok, you need to move to Washington DC...period. Because that kind of "customer service" and "caring" is simply unheard of around here. If word got out...that you actually tried to help customers...God....I shutter to think what might happen....but for sure you would be swamped with customers and probably enough of a zillionaire to leave Bill Gates in the dust...ok, only a slight exaggeration...
