I also find that sometimes, when loading new software, I'm not patient enough, and needed to wait longer. How long are you watching it hourglass? Sometimes it takes a while...usually longer than you'd need/like.
Yeah, patience can certainly be the key, particularly with Verizon units for which everything takes twice as long as it should.....
