forget 3rd party apps. just navigating ont he home screen is tedious enough going between the calendar and inbox to closing/opening menu's. The most annoying part is typing and not being able to keep it... It basically runs like a 72xx when comparing speed... throw in 3rd party assp like Beyond 411 and browsers and ramble the delay is even more noticable when exiting and typing... Maybe you got lucky but so far everyone's 8800 ive seen and tested even a good friend of mine who upgrades to the latest device and is always on top observed the same behavior...
