I just recently got the Pearl from Cingular. Occassionally, when I get a call, I get an error that says, "uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointer," as well. I use a Mac with OS X, so I do not know how to reinstall software. I've installed only two new programs on my Pearl: Google Maps and a link to Fidelity investments. Could anyone help me with resolving this issue? I've not found a fix yet, and I've searched the forums a bit. Thank you!
