Try logging into your BWC account (on the internet) and re-send the Service Book from Profile menu. It may also be worthwhile deleting the BWC Service Book on your device as this will get re-applied when it is re-sent.

Also the BES may have an IT Policy that prevents Other Email Services to be used on the BB devices, so it will be worth liasing with your BES Administrator.
