AutoBCC via BIS only works on outbound email. You'd have to set up inbound autobcc on the email account you're integrating with BIS (in your case on your corporate email).

If your outbound autobcc isn't working properly I'd double (or triple or whatever) check your settings. If they're correct then contact your carrier.
