With a special tool only found on EBAY it might be possible thats all I can say in the open threads.

Step#2
setup your secondary line on YouMail
Step#3
Set it to send you an email when you receive a vmail message
(Follow the Configuration Steps on YouMail and and enter them in your phone.)
Step#4
Switch numbers using the STK
Step#5
Now set up Blackberry to receive email from
Done.
