Impressed with your software, not with your support. I downloaded the trial and it seems to work very well but when I emailed a question to support two days ago, I have yet to hear a reply.

As good as a product is, decent support should be part of it. That said, it doesn't appear that AP supports media cards other than being able to save a copy of a photo onto a card for use with BB's built-in Media Player.

Any plans in the future to be able to use the desktop component to upload directly to the media card and use the BB component to view them?
