Default BB Connect 4 on o2 XDA Exec - HELP, can't register device - 05-23-2007, 04:43 PM

Hi All, wicked site!

I have an o2 account on the Blackberry Unlimited plan, and hooked up to a Blackberry 7290 successfully. I downloaded BB Connect 4 and installed onto my o2 Exec (HTC Ultimate). The software gave me a PIN and IMEI and when I go onto the o2email.co.uk site to register my device to my account, it says that an invalid PIN or IMEI have been entered and to re-check my details. I did a hard reset of the XDA Exec and re-installed, thinking it would give me a different PIN, but it's the same.

I also tried the Register button on the BB Connect software on the PDA itself. It looks like it's trying to connect to something, but then nothing happens. I hope someone can help. Any ideas guys? Anyone else have this problem?
