I'm new to the world of Blackberry. I switched over from the Motorola Q on Tuesday! I ordered my 8830 the prior Saturday. I love it!
I'm reading all these posts and tried a search, but couldn't find if I have the latest software version. My home PC sucks, so I can't load any of the RIM or Verizon software on it, and my USB's aren't working so I can't hook up my 8830 to it anyway. So updating my software means I have to make a trip to the Verizon store which I avoid like the plague!
I've already ordered a new laptop to solve my PC problem, can someone help me with the Software question? What's the latest and greatest version?
