Currently we have a Win2K AD and Exchange 2K with BES 4.1 - 60 users. Moving to new Server, Win2K3 and Exchange 2K3.

Build new Server and new Exchange as a new Domain and Exchange Org (although the domain is same name ie, domain.local)

I plan to migrate users from Exchange 2k to Exchange 2k3 via Exmerge, export then import.

How do I get the BES Moved over ? I know to simply "disjoin" existing domain with Windows and join new domain. Also upgrade the ESM/servicepack on BES for Exchange 2K3 and MAPI profile. Plus BESAdmin rights on new system.

Other than these things, can anyone help ?
