Don't want to sound like a bandwagon-jumper...but mine is built solidly, and had absolutely no glitches whatsoever so far. In fact...I gave my Treo 680 away, so I have no way back from the BlackBerry camp...

I ain't skeered... So far, I can't remember ever being so totally satisfied with any device I have ever owned.
