I just found Free Blackberry Downloads | Themes | Wallpapers | Ringtones | Forum - Home. Some free themes, not sure about apps. But the themes are just amazing, might want to check it out.

EDIT: That's wierd, I posted a hyperlink, but it gave a preview of the page... sorry. Just click it, it takes you right to the page.
