Just to let you know, I had the same issue but after 24 hours my tzones and browser and everything popped up. I called customer service on it at first and they said it could take up to 48 hours for RIM to activate everything on your phone. So sometime just make sure to turn the phone off and then back on occasionally to see if it pops up...
