hey all im a new user of the blackberry 7130e and i was recently convinced to get one. i just have a few simple questions about the device and its capabilities. i am a new pda phone user as well so im starting to get the hang of everything day by day.

1. i was wondering if i am able to transfer tunes and pics using the bluetooth from a mac book. when i connect the two together, its allowing me to access address book services only. so i was wondering if there is some software im missing or what am i doing wrong that i am unable to successfully connect the two and simply transfer anything i want.

2. in addition, i would like to back up by address book onto microsoft entourage via bluetooth and i was wondering if anyone can walk me through the process as i have both devices connected to each other but am unable to figure out the next step. called vzw and they dont seem to help much.
