1. how do you get the os on your pc.
2. how do you install javaloader and how do you use it?
3. I'm not totally computer geeky do please give some advice.
4. I go to program files/research in motion/blackberry...i don't see no shared folder.
5. i would like to remove PTT and all my defoult pics the phone came with
