Does your PIN appear at the bottom of the Desktop Manager and does it say "connected" at the bottom?
If not--unplug and battery pull to reboot your BlackBerry. Close and reopen DM.
Is your BlackBerry plugged via USB Directly to the PC, NOT through a USB hub?
