A good test might actually be to simply see if you can use your BlackBerry browser and navigate to sites, etc. This will test whether the BES administrator is blocking connection attempts to the Internet.
At large companies we've been dealing with, some use an internal authenticating proxy for all outbound internet connections. We are working on adding in support for this in an upcoming release if this is the problem.
Otherwise, feel free to email us at ![[email address]](http://www.blackberryforums.com/?emailimage=658d7e1d253a996d8994e63f7ba08f41) and we can send an email to your BlackBerry containing a set of test images which we know work correctly.
Cheers,

Hi eZainny...thanks for the quick reply!
There is certainly no block on internet access due to the BES...I've been able to access any site I've tried, and images are displayed OK that way, just not via emails.
I'll check with my BES admin to see if there's some policy in place that's stopping this. I'll also send an email to your Support team as you suggest, because it would be interesting to test this. Thanks!
