The file plays just fine if I transfer it to the Pearl via Bluetooth or if I put it on my web server and download the file via the Pearl browser. When I email it to myself, however, it refuses to download the attachment and gives me the "Unrecognized document format" error. How can it be unrecognized when the phone plays it without a problem?
