Well, I have run into the same problem as I mentioned before. I am getting an error that says 'A network error has occurred. Please try again later'. This is accompanied by a yellow or red dot on software on my device. I tried the browser and I can access sites so it can't be the network connection alone. I wrote a note to tech support, I guess I will see what they say.
