Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8703e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/104)

I have a 8703E with Sprint and just recently my phone cannot hold the 1XEV. It will show as 1XEV for a second and then revert back to 1X. I have called tech support and was told it was not available in my area. I looked on the map and I'm in the middle of the zone. I have also gone to other cities and aiports and it does the same thing. Any advice?
