It's very unlikely you have a virus. Don't worry. If you select the bookmark, click, and don't see a Delete option it means it can't be deleted. Most carriers do this with a few bookmarks.

Before you go thru the learning curve of doing a wipe and re-install call T-Mo (dial 611) and ask about it. You'll probably have to get transferred to the Blackberry support group.
